Ultimate strength is a good old fashioned strength training program that focuses on the traditional lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses and pulls.
​
Strength training is demanding on the body, and as with all of our routines, is designed for drug-free athletes. It's set as a 4 day split program. This should give adequate time for recovery of the major muscle groups.
The focus is on traditional lifts with heavy use of barbells and dumbbells.
To complete this program you ideally need access to a fully equipped gym ideally with your own personal sets of resistance bands.
Over 4 weeks you will complete 2 training blocks of 2 weeks each.

Block 1
Features a traditional 5x5 and 5 x3 routine.

BLOCK 2
Works on a wave system of 6,4,2,4,2, in week 3 and 4,2,1,2,1 on week 4.
​
As this is only a 4 week program it fits in well when combined with our other training programs even though it stands alone as a great strength training routine.
