FWW CHALLENGE - 1 MINUTE MAX CHIN UPS



A simple test you can use to test your chin up strength/endurance.


Equipment – A straight chin up bar.

Aim – Complete as many chin ups as possible in one minute.

Technique - To perform this test you need to be able to hang freely under a bar with your palms facing towards you with a shoulder width grip.


Arms should be almost completely straight at the bottom of the movement and the chin over the bar at the top.


No swinging, knee throwing allowed.
