WHERE FUNCTIONAL TRAINING MEETS SURVIVAL
The single goal of this program is to prepare you for any physical challenge life throws at you. Be it something as benign as a day of heavy furniture removal to a physical confrontation with someone with anger management issues to a zombie apocalypse.
There are too many training programs out there that focus on the things we at FWW hate the most. 1. Muscle that’s just for the mirrors. 2. Strength you can’t use. 3. Training that rewards “brokeness” over fitness.

WHAT WILL THIS PROGRAM GIVE ME?
​
In this training program you will focus on the key disciplines that constitute the makeup of a warrior. Speed, strength, power, fitness, mental toughness, flexibility, agility, hand/eye coordination, balance and timing.
​
If you liken being able to defend yourself physically to a sword, then this program serves as the hand that wields the sword and include “survivor circuits” and additional skill challenges to test your abilities.
​
IDEAL EQUIPMENT
​
Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, heavy sandbag, mini bands, resistance bands, jam balls or medicine balls, ab roller.
​
Obviously if you have limited kit you can use the below workout formula to replace all the exercises with suitable alternatives.

HOW ARE THE WORKOUTS BROKEN DOWN?
3 PHASES
3 WEEKS
4 WORKOUTS PER WEEK
5 TRAINING MODES – Functional building, strength, speed/power, mobility and fitness
On completion of week 3 you will be encouraged to create your own workouts using the above workout formula and using our exercise library.

This means that the workouts will never get stale and once you design your own training plans you have limitless potential for growth.
